Awesome box set, fast delivery!

Got a cool t-shirt

So I was just browsing around and saw they had this artist t-shirt I'd been looking for, you know, the one with the specific tour dates on the back. It was pretty cool, good quality fabric and the print looks durable. Shipping took a little bit, but it wasn't too bad considering it came from overseas. It fit well, true to size. Overall, a pretty good experience, I might check them out again for other band merch.

They're pretty good about damaged stuff. I had a dinged corner on a box set once and they sent a replacement, no major hassle. Just had to send them some photos.

Returns for damaged vinyl are usually easy with them. Just reach out to their support right away with pictures. They're usually pretty understanding since it happens with shipping.

what's the deal with discount codes on there? I signed up for the newsletter but didn't see a spot for a first order discount. and can you even stack them?

First order discount usually comes via email after you sign up for the newsletter, so check your spam. You enter codes at the very end of checkout, like just before confirming the payment. And no, you can't stack codes, only one per order usually.

I think you only get one code per order. And yeah, the box for the code pops up pretty late in the checkout flow. Keep an eye out for seasonal sales, those are usually better than the newsletter ones.

Totally legit. They work directly with the artists and labels. I've bought multiple signed items over the years and never had an issue. It's their whole thing, essentially.

Yeah, I've seen that question before. From what I understand, it's all official because they're basically a fulfillment partner for a lot of artists. So, you're getting the real deal.

Yeah they do! I'm in California and got a signed vinyl from them a couple months ago. Took about 2.5 weeks, which isn't too bad for coming from the UK.

They totally ship to the US. Shipping times can vary a lot, I had one order take almost a month but another one just over 10 days. Just depends on customs I guess.
